I put the focus on the development and balance of executives’ personal capacities, and the development of an overall vision that makes them more innovative and tuned into the opportunities to positively influence their environment. I also like to see them make progress on their charisma, personal integrity, institutional mindset and communication skills. When it comes to leadership, I put a lot of emphasis on creating collaborative cultures that foster trust and lateral coordination.
Years ago, I came up with the theory of clienting, whose sole aim is to close the (virtuous) circle of capturing, retaining and linking clients to boost organic growth. I am passionate about improving the customer service experience, creating beloved and respected brands, and approaches that win the head and heart of the best clients.
